Refurbishment of poor quality office building in Alton to include new facade and additional floor to provide 14 new apartments.

Design and Planning Approval for infill development in centre of Southampton to provide 188 student rooms plus leisure facilities. Located in the historic part of the High Street the scheme was designed to provide links through the site. 

Designed with brick detailing to respond to adjacent property.
